We ship all orders from Kolkata, and our standard shipping mode is surface shipping. We apply a flat rate of ₹65 per kilogram. During checkout, you’ll see the total weight of your items, so you’ll know exactly what shipping will cost. If you prefer air mode shipping, feel free to reach out to us, and we’ll assist you. We’re committed to ensuring your order reaches you safely and on time!
From the date you place your order, we typically need 1 to 2 days to process it. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive tracking details, which will also be visible in your customer dashboard, so you can track your shipment easily. Typically, deliveries reach customers within 4 to 7 days after dispatch. We’re here to keep things smooth and transparent for you!

If you place a COD order, please provide a working phone number. We’ll give you a call to confirm the order. Once we verify that it’s a genuine order, we’ll proceed with shipping. Please ensure you are available at the address provided, so your COD order can be delivered smoothly!
For COD orders, we charge an additional ₹40. If you’d prefer faster shipping and a smoother process, we recommend choosing a prepaid order—it’s completely safe with Addyz, and you’ll get your order even quicker!
