Q             I am a reseller, can you ship products to my city/town?

A             Yes, We ship the products to your location or the address to your customers directly through couriers.

                And relax our name and contact number won’t be appearing in sender’s details.

Q             Do you ship abroad/ internationally?

A             No.

Q             Where will I find your products?

A             If  you wish to be our reseller, we add you to our Product Broadcast Group in Whatsapp. Where, we regularly do product postings along with rates and images. But, if you wish to check early –

Q             How to place an order?

A             If you want to place an order-

a)  Message us on 9903834502 or 9874451565 We will create an order group and add you along with members from order processing team. This group is to be used for enquiries also.

b) Post the images or Code of products, you wish to order and the quantity and the delivery address.

Please note that delivery address should be shared in text. No address image or screenshot will be accepted.

Contact number and 6 digit Pincode is must. Landmark information is suggested to improve the accuracy.

c) One of our team member will share estimate (Please do not add/remove  products once estimate shared)

Payment options like Google Pay, PayTm, Phone Pay, UPI or bank Details will be shared for the first time. Please star this message for future use.

d) You have to make payment and share the screenshot.

e) An order will be created, once we receive your payment, and a 4 digit order id will be shred along with a link (https://addyz.net/wsos ) to check your order status. Please check information under ‘Order Status’ TAB.

                Order cannot be changed once order id created.

f) Once order shipped – Courier details and Tracking number will be updated at https://addyz.net/wsos

Q             Do you provide  office pick-up ?

A             Yes, We provide office pick up. Packing/Polybag charges will be applicable, minimum Rs 10.

Q             What is Book ‘N’ RESERVE service ?

A             Some Fast moving items can be bought in Bulk quantity at cheaper rates in order to have an edge over competitors. You can Book at once by paying full amount.

                Once clear payment received, we will  allot a 4 digit RESERVE id  starting with ‘R’ and share a link, https://addyz.net/wsos  TAB – Reserve. Here, you can track your reserved items.

                You can ship single or multiple pieces to your customers from us by  just paying shipping charges later.

                Maximum duration to hold a RESERVE is 30 days from the date of creating reserve id.

                The idea of Book ‘N’ RESERVE is to offer Fast selling items to active resellersat bulk prices and enable them to sell individual products to their clients in different cities. This scheme also enable resellers to book earlier and and sell on priority basis.

Q             Do you offer FREE SHIPPING?

A             Yes, If the delivery address is served through Shree Tirupati Couriers and Shree Mahavir Couriers then we offer FREE SHIPPING on minimum purchase of Rs. 5000. Offer not applicable on Bulk price.

                Incase, If the delivery address is not served through Shree Tirupati Couriers and Shree Mahavir Couriers but served through DELHIVERY Courier, then we offer FREE SHIPPING on minimum purchase of Rs. 9000. Offer not applicable on Bulk price.

Q             Do you provide Cash on Delivery? Can I provide CoD service to our clients?

A             Yes, We offer Cash on Delivery Service. But it should be used only to add new customers. Once new customer received cash on delivery order, trust will be built. Q             I made the payment, but don’t know if my order shipped?

A             A four digit order id will be shared after receiving the payment by us.

                 In a rare case, if you don’t receive an order Id, post a reminder message in the order group that you need an order id. Your order cannot be executed, until order id created.

Q             I paid for order and received an order id but don’t find tracking details.

A             Please allow us up to 72 hours to process an order. Most of the order usually shipped on the same day or next day. But sometimes, it may take 3 days in rare cases.

                Tracking ids will be updated till 11 PM on the day of shipment get handed over. So wait until then.

Q             How long will it take to deliver parcel after receiving tracking details ?

A             Generally, maximum of 4 days for  Air Shipping (from the day of receiving tracking details) and maximum of 8 days for Surface Shipping (from the day of receiving tracking details).

                If the shipment won’t receive with in stipulated time, please inform us and request us for support ticket. Support id won’t be created before above mentioned time, so wait till then.

Q             What is your Return, Refund and Support Policy?

A             Scenario – 1 – You don’t like the item OR the item is not as expected and you want to return –

                a) Take full opening video. Inform us in the order group. Request for a 4 digit support ticket starts with ‘S’.

                b) Pack the item properly and ship it back to our warehouse using your courier solution. Upload the details of items, quantity returned and courier details (including tracking id)  in the order group.

                c) Once the item received in proper condition and quantity. We will initiate refund and close the ticket.

                d) Only merchandise value will be returned. No forward and reverse courier charge will be reimbursed.

                Scenario – 2 – Wrong Item received

  1. Take full opening video. Inform us in the order group. Request for a 4 digit support ticket starts with ‘S’.
  2. If the Item is a Hard Board or MDF Box or Soft Textile Or PVC Item and combine products value is less than or equal to Rs 200 then we refund 50% of the value of products and close the ticket. This is because of high return charges by the courier.
  3. If the Item is a Hard Board or MDF Box and combine products value is more than  Rs 200 then we refund 50% of the value of products and close the ticket. This is because Such items often got damaged during customer returns
  4. If the Item is a Soft Textile Or PVC Item and combine products value is more than  Rs 200 then Pack the item properly. Share with us weight details of the shipment. We will share return label and manifest in order group. Print and stick label on the parcel, handover the return shipment to the courier partner. Get the manifest  signed and upload the signed manifest in the order group. Once the return shipment received. We will ship the correct items again to your address at no extra cost and close the ticket.

                Scenario – 3 – Broken/ Damaged item received.

  1. Take full opening video. Inform us in the order group. Request for a 4 digit support ticket starts with ‘S’.
  2. If the claim will be considered, 10 to 20% of the product value will be refunded and the ticket will be closed.
