Scenario -1

You don’t like the item OR the item is not as expected and you want to return
– No return or refund apolicable in such cases
As product details including pictures, videos, sizes and weight are mentioned on the website.
Please go through every detail precisely before considering a purchase.

Scenario – 2 (Wrong item received)

a) Accept parcel only in proper condition. Take full 360 degree opening video before making first cut of received parcel
b) Video must be of untempered parcel only. Whatsapp Opening video on +919874451565
c) We verify the case and proceed accordingly.
d) In case we initiate the return. Pack the item properly. Record the packing video. Share with us weight details of the shipment on whatsapp. Handover the return shipment to the courier partner. Once shipment received. We will ship correct items again to your address & close the case.

Scenario – 3 (Broken/ Damaged/ Less item received)

b) We will verify the case and work out for possible solution.
c) Solution can be between partial refund or product replacerent, depends upon the case

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return, refund, exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
